The project involves the creation of Project Monitoring System for Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). It aims to provide a medium for quick access to project information and progress monitoring of all JBIC funded projects in the Philippines and help ensure projects are implemented according to schedule and results oriented.

This is web-base Project Monitoring System wherein different government agencies can manage and access information such as Disbursement, Procurement, Critical Issues, and other relevant information that aids in monitoring the projects by identifying problems, issues and constrains that effect implementation and provide early analysis when programs are not going as planned. Each agency is given user accounts to view or update their corresponding data. As the implementation of the system progresses additional functionalities based on users recommendations, were added and refined in order to further enhance the project monitoring capabilities of the system.
