Mavenhive Inc. is looking for a passionate and highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Full Stack Developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web & app design features, among other duties.
Full Stack Developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Manage company Facebook, Google and other SOCMED channels ad spend while continually looking for and delivering new initiatives to improve customer engagement and volume targets.
Will work directly with the Company’s COO & CMO.
Role & Responsibilities
• Manage company Facebook, Google and other SOCMED ad spend
• Setting up, managing budgets, and optimizing Social campaigns
• Build effective Facebook and Google funnels
• Continually release new creative and A/B split tests against current high performing ads
• Conducting, measuring, and implementing the results of A/B tests for ad copy and audience targeting
• Conduct high-level Target Market Research, Audience Targeting Research, Competitor Research and meet company’s monthly acquisition goals: for customer acquisition cost, as well customer volume
Experience Required
• Mid to High-level experience and proven track record in managing FB & Google ads previously for growth organizations. 2 years minimum experience required to be considered for this role.
• High-level Experience with FB Business suite – FB Ads Manager & Events Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics.
• Experience with other 3rd party analytics tools
• Experience managing large budgets across multiple campaigns
• Experienced in reporting on campaign successes and knowing the right plays to optimize campaigns
You will need to be able to show a clear track record of previous results, your cost per engagement (and acquisition if possible) showing the overall return on investment delivered from your work.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze user engagement (e.g. click-through, sentiments, and bounce rates)
• Report on web traffic from all channels & social media
• Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects
• Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
• Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness
• Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and the Marketing department to design advertising campaigns
• Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments
• Advise other employees on their social media activity (e.g. how to respond to comments and questions by customers and what to share on personal or company accounts)
• Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
ª Update our social media company policy, when necessary
• Collect, organize, extrapolate, interpret, and report data to people who need it to make important decisions.
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
• Developing and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly dashboards
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
• In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Experiences with social media management tools, like Buffer and Hootsuite
• Familiarity with online content (experience with WordPress and content management systems is preferred)
• Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management and multitasking skills
• BSc in Marketing, Communications, Computer Engineering or related field is an advantage.
• Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management is a plus
• Experience in Facebook Business
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Good in written and oral communication skills to make their findings understandable and compelling
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Big Data Software
